Eg YTDF has volunteers who reach out to various schools with underprivileged children and teach the children photography, direction (films), theatre, storytelling, chess, dance, arts, and more, enabling them to explore their area of talent and interest.

Open Positions
The Volunteer Coordinator recruits and trains new volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator coordinates the work schedules of volunteers on projects or weekly activities.
The Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, on-boarding, and on-going support for all volunteers.
YTFD hosts a variety of social and outreach events and is looking for a lead event organizer to help us keep organized! Do you have a knack for keeping track of several things at once?

FAQs
How much parent involvement is needed?
We expect parents to be involved based on their capacity and capacity. It can be 1hr a week to a few hrs a month.
How joining YTDF will help them in future?
We (as parents) are working to create an environment that will help youth get involved in the community and make them more confident to take on challenges in the future. Along the way, they will meet and work with many professionals or parents in the industry and learn from them. This experience youth can use in future college or professional jobs.
Are there any monitory commitments from volunteers or parents?
There are no monitory commitments. Instead, any donations will are used towards helping youth and events for community engagement.
